Rupert studied architecture at The Bartlett, UCL and London South Bank University, where his diploma project was nominated for the RIBA Silver Medal.
Since joining Eric Parry Architects as a Project Architect in 2015, Rupert has worked on a super-prime residential development in Grosvenor Square, Mayfair, focusing on reconstructed and re-engineered historic facades, a speculative office/ hotel development and the Salisbury Square Justice Quarter in the City of London. He is currently working on two office building projects - a complex Crossrail oversite development and a retrofit and façade replacement scheme, both in the City of London.
Before joining Eric Parry Architects, Rupert spent 9 years at van Heyningen and Haward Architects where, as Senior Architect, he led on a series of local authority and independent education and community projects from inception to handover, his other previous experience includes working for a multidisciplinary sustainability practice and a specialist consultancy providing technology and fabrication support to leading artists, architects, and museums.
