Catharin began her studies at the University of the Republic of Uruguay in Montevideo. She completed her Architecture studies and obtained her Diploma at the Bauhaus University, Weimar in her native Germany, followed by her Master studies at Oxford Brookes University. Catharin was made an Associate in 2021.

Catharin is currently working on the new construction of the Seal House project, a mixed-use development near London Bridge, and on a client monitoring role for our project at 11 Belgrave Road, a net zero carbon mixed use office building currently under construction.

Catharin was a member of the team responsible for the construction of a large office development at Fen Court in the City of London, a 15 storey office building with a publicly accessible roof garden. Catharin was responsible for the design and coordination of the main façade curtain wall system with its glazed terracotta fins.

Other projects Catharin has worked on are a large residential development for the Athletes Village for the London Olympics, a new-build housing development consisting of six ten-storey blocks around a landscaped podium. Catharin worked on the external cladding package as well as internal packages during tender and construction stage.
