Eric Parry Architects is currently looking to expand its architectural team in our London studio. We have vacancies for Project Architects & Architects.

Candidates must have strong design skills and project experience. Proficiency in MicroStation would be highly beneficial and an excellent knowledge of Revit is essential.

We require candidates need to be ARB-registered, familiar with UK construction regulations.

Eric Parry Architects is seeking a BIM coordinator to join its team in London.

Main duties will include:

  • assisting the project team in producing BIM models to high standard
  • providing support with modelling, documentation and content creation
  • contributing to the improvement of in-house BIM processes and protocols
  • providing ‘best practice’ guidance on workflows to project teams
  • implementing BIM execution plans on the project with adherence to in-house standards

This person should have the following skills and experience:

  • advanced knowledge of Revit family creation
  • experience of coordinating multiple linked models on a large project
  • familiarity with information exchange protocols and common data environment standards
  • familiarity with relevant standards PAS1192 and ISO19650

In addition, the following would be advantageous:

  • knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection process
  • knowledge of Dynamo

Successful candidates will be able to work under pressure. They will have strong interpersonal skills and experience of working with external consultants.

Eric Parry Architects is seeking a Project Administrator to join its admin team in London.

Main duties will include:

  • document control using internal document management system (Deltek PIM/Union Square) and common data environments (e.g. Conject, Aconex, Viewpoint/4Projects, etc.)
  • filing all paperwork and electronic copy related to their project(s)
  • monitoring and processing team email inbox
  • printing and binding reports and planning applications
  • arranging meetings and managing the diary for the project teams
  • assisting project lead in ensuring quality standards are upheld
  • overflow admin for other projects as required
  • general office support, and assisting with answering the telephone and preparing refreshments for meetings as necessary

Two years’ prior experience of document control, preferably in a design practice or construction industry consultancy, is highly advantageous. Experience of supporting a team working in a BIM environment is a strong plus.

Successful candidates will join the practice’s friendly and dynamic admin team. They will need to be proactive, efficient, confident and organised, and have a genuine interest in the built environment. We are looking for good team players with a versatile and helpful attitude and good communication skills.

Salary to be agreed according to experience.
