Deansgate

Invited competition to develop a mixed use masterplan for a 0.76 ha site located at the eastern end of Deansgate, Manchester. The site is facing the historical Medieval Quarter and Grade I listed Cathedral and is bounded by the River Irwell. The brief asks for 500-600 residential units and a 4 star hotel with 250 rooms set within an area of exemplary public realm.
