54-66 Gresham Street London

The aim of this scheme located in the Guildhall Conservation Area was to create one building out of two awkward and inefficient office buildings. The city tenant client’s brief required the redevelopment of the combined sites at 54-66 Gresham Street and the demolition of a 1930s building on the corner of Gresham Street and Old Jewry in addition to the demolition of the building at nos. 56-60 (for which planning permission had already been granted).
