Granta Park

This campus in a woodland setting next to the river Granta just outside Cambridge has a landscaped park at its centre and was masterplanned to provide 500,000 sq. ft. of office/laboratory space, with options for a further 250,000 sq. ft. of future expansion.

The scheme was developed with German landscape architects Latz and Partner with whom we have collaborated on several projects. The amenity building on the lakeside houses a restaurant, conference rooms and start-up offices for the park. The project was completed in April 2001.
