4 Pancras Square wins BREEAM 2018 Award

March 2018

4 Pancras Square has been awarded BREEAM’s Commercial Project – Post-Construction Award 2018. It was the first UK office building to be awarded 'Outstanding' under BREEAM 2014, with the score of 88.1%, the highest scoring final certificate awarded to a new office development. The judges agreed it provides an exemplary demonstration of the value of feedback loops in design and procurement. This inherently complex project has been taken through a process of learning from earlier projects to push boundaries further forward and upwards.

The building delivered for Argent in June 2017 and currently being fitted out as the new headquarters for Universal Music has many substantial environmental features that combined with a generous roof garden puts the wellbeing of its users at the heart of its design.
