Justin Sayer | Associate Director

Justin Sayer studied architecture at the University of East London and the Bartlett, University College of London. He joined EPA in 1996 and was appointed Associate in 2003. In 2007 Justin was appointed Associate Director.
Justin is currently working on the redevelopment of 50 New Bond Street and 14 St George Street for Scottish Widows, a project which creates two high quality office buildings within a highly restricted urban site, surrounded by listed buildings. He was also involved in the recently completed office tower at 5 Aldermanbury Square, London and redevelopment of the public square.
Justin has led teams working on on a diverse range of projects such as the regeneration of Portsmouth Historic Boatyard, feasibility studies for four new DLR stations, and a sustainable community in Millbank, Aberdeenshire.
Other projects Justin has worked on while at EPA include a private residence with underground spa in Hamilton Terrace, NW1, a clubhouse for the Royal Garden residential developmennt in Shanghai, the regeneration of the London Bridge Environs and the masterplan for Granta Park in Cambridgeshire. |
